We are on the 12th floor of a commercial office building.

We are available 24 hours a day by appointments.

How big is the studio?

The entire studio is over 2100 square feet total.

How many rooms are in the studio?

The studio features an open floor plan, which means there are no walls separating the shooting area.

How big are the windows are in the studio?

We have a variety of large and small windows in the studio. There are two full walls of windows.



Is lighting equipment included?

Basic photo and video lighting is included with rentals.

Is the furniture pictured on your website included?

Yes, our studio houses a large collection of luxury furniture and props that are included with most rentals. All the furniture and props are to remain on-site and cannot be removed from the studio unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with the studio manager.

Please note that you will need 2 people to move the large furniture/prop pieces around (such as the various tables and sofas). Any furniture/props on wheels can slide in the studio, however other heavy items will require one person on each side to lift and set the item down properly.

Can I rent the space for an event?

We do occasionally host small events and gatherings such as corporate meetings, group workshops, intimate weddings, and more.

Is rooftop access included?

Rooftop access is not included with studio rentals. You must pay a separate rental fee for rooftop access if you wish to shoot on the roof. You can rent just the rooftop if you do not wish to shoot in our interior studio space.

Please note: Anyone who shoots on the roof without permission will be in violations of our studio rental agreement. Violators will be fined and building security will stop the shoot immediately to escort all persons involved with the shoot off the building property.



How do I request to hold a date?

For all studio rental and production service bookings, we can place a soft-hold on your requested date and time at no obligations to you.

However, until you confirm your appointment with a 50% reservation fee and signed contract, we cannot guarantee that your requested date will remain available.

What is required to book production services and/or rent the studio?

We require a 50% reservation fee and a signed service and/or location agreement to lock a date into our calendar.

Confirmation for bookings are not available without the reservation fee and signed agreement.

How far in advance should I book the date/time I want?

Most of our clients confirm their bookings one to four weeks ahead of time.

We may occasionally be able to accommodate last minute bookings based on availability.

How do I pay?

You can pay using online using a credit card, or by cash in person. We can send you a credit card authorization form to pay the 50% reservation fee, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your shoot.

We do occasionally accept company checks, so long as the check is received at least 10 business days before the date you wish to book.
